LOCTITE® UK 2143 is a 2-part, high viscosity, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive and sealant for elastic bonding applications. It is typically used in the automotive industry to bond various plastic components, including spoilers, tailgates, roof systems, bumpers, luggage racks, dashboards, and trim parts. It shows excellent adhesion to low surface energy plastics such as PP, PC, e-coated metal and fiber reinforced plastics. It cures at room temperature, leaving an elastic, high modulus bond.
